Meet corner shop owners Roy and Debbie; a middle-aged couple discovering they have somehow managed to forget their own anniversary, and their struggle to agree on anything, nevermind where to go for their celebratory trip.

A wholesome, funny story of what it means to be stuck in a rut and just what it takes to get out of it; each scene is a sketch-like vignette hosting a different local, family member or customer roped into trying to solve their seemingly impossible task of finding a vacation spot.

Boasting drag queens, punks, new agers and the feared ‘Mad Robbie’ who roams the high street – this is a touching and vibrant story of community, modern life and relationships, until finally, our couple are forced out of their own shop and off on their hols.
